There's Always Next Year
Sadly the Browns did not make the playoffs this year, even with all of the cheering Ethan did. Here are a couple of pictures from the game.

Merry Christmas!
It was so much fun opening presents Christmas morning with Ethan. Santa didn't bring him too many gifts this year because he is saving up for next year when Ethan has more of an idea what is going on. The highlight of Christmas, I do have to say, was Joe's leg lamp that my parents gave him. He brought it home and set it up at midnight on Christmas Eve. He even had to go outside to see how it looked, just like in the movie. It was like he was a little kid again. I wish I could post the video of him exclaiming "Fragile" and "It's a major award".
Isn't it beautiful?

Yeah...Santa came!

Christmas day we went to visit my dad's side of the family at my Grandma's. Ethan had a really cute Christmas outfit, but wouldn't you know, right before we left he decided he needed more than a diaper to hold his poop...again. There went that outfit...again. He was still cute though.

Why all the hats?

Christmas Eve
Every Christmas Eve we go over to my mom and dad's with my mom's side of the family. Here is our annual family picture. Kevin actually looks normal this year. I should post pictures from previous years to show you what I mean.

Ethan had a wonderful time opening his presents. He stayed up way to late waiting for Santa to come. I think he was delirious, he would start to fall asleep and then just wake up laughing.

The cousins, Katelyn, Ryan and Jaclyn.

New Friends
Shannon and Kevin had our family and Shannon's family over for the holidays. It was so much fun to finally meet Shannon's other nephew, Jaden. He and Ethan are about 3 weeks apart. He is such a cutie! All I have to say is that Ethan better stay on his good side.

Christmas in Youngstown
Here are some pictures from our Christmas in Youngstown. Joe's Mom's side of the family is so big that we go a week early and rent a hall so everyone can get together. This year we did a big gift exchange where we were able to steal other people's gifts which was a lot of fun. We did learn a lesson on the drive there though. No matter how happy Ethan seems when we are about to leave, we should feed him if it is close to the time he needs to eat. That way we won't have to pull over on the turnpike and feed him in the car. I have never heard him scream so loud as he did the minute we took the ticket out of the tollbooth.

We went back to spend the day with Joe's family the weekend before Christmas. Is was nice to have the entire day to spend there instead of rushing around on the actual day of Christmas. It was so relaxing and him mom made an amazing dinner.
Here is a picture of Grandpa Rosa "holding his baby, holding his baby"

We went over to see Dominic so that he could meet Ethan. We played video games all afternoon and Joe and I lost at every one. I used to be good. Ethan is going to love going over to Dominic's and playing with all his toys very soon...he couldn't keep his eyes off of them!

First Smiles
Here a couple pictures of the first time Ethan really smiled, not gassy smiles, but real smiles. He was doing it for long enough that I was able to get some pictures. Chloe doesn't know what is going on.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Ethan's first Thanksgiving was a lot of fun. We went to Youngstown on Thanksgiving day where he got to meet his Uncle Brendan and then to Grandma Sidon's for another wonderful meal a couple of days later. We ate so much and were so thankful to have Ethan with us this year. It couldn't have been any better.

Sleeping Baby
Ethan has been sleeping really well at night for us. We are so lucky, he has been sleeping about 10 hours a night. I hope I am not jinxing anything. Joe has been giving him a bath before bed which I think is helping. He loves the bath. He can sleep anywhere, just like his dad "Coma Joe".
Here is one that I just really like...

1 Month!
I can't believe Ethan is already one month old. He is changing so much every day. He weighs 10 pounds 10 ounces today. His clothes are already not fitting which is sad for mommy. He is awake and alert so much more now. He smiles when he has gas, but we like to pretend that he is smiling for us. He had a doctor's appointment today and is doing really well. He does have reflux but hopefully will grow out of that soon. It just means a lot of laundry for us. Everything in our house is tilted now so he never has to lay flat.
Here are some of his one month picture...
