Golf Outing

Here are a couple of pictures from Chrissy's Memorial Golf Outing. Kevin, Ed, and Bubba did an amazing job again this year. It was so much fun and we had a beautiful day even though it stormed in every city surrounding the golf course. It just goes to show you that Chrissy is watching over all of us. Here is the website for more pictures...

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day! We had just gotten back from vacation in time for Mother's Day. We went to brunch like we do every year with my family. Joe's mom and dad were able to come in this year which made it even better. Who would have thought that we would be seeing Shannon as a mommy-to-be this year?!?

7 Months

Ethan turned seven months while we were in Florida. He has such a little personality now. He laughs all the time and thinks everything is so funny. I believe he said his first word, which of course was Mom, but Joe doesn't agree. It just comes out sometimes when he is mad.

He loves to climb up on everything and everyone. All he wants to do is pull up into a standing position. He also dances like crazy when he hears music, especially certain songs. I don't know where he gets that from because Joe hates to dance (unless he has been drinking large quantities of alcohol) and I am just bad at it.

As always, here are a couple pictures of him cheesing it up...

Vacation

Florida was amazing...we had such a great time. I was nervous about the plane ride, but Ethan did so much better than I expected. It was really warm and muggy so we tried to keep "Powder" and "Baby Powder" out of the sun as much as we could. We did get to the beach early one morning before it got too hot. We did lots of eating, shopping and relaxing. It was so nice to have my parents there to give us a couple of nights out. Of course, I took a ton of pictures so here you go...

I am ready to get out of the cold...

This sure is a big bathtub!

Trying to stay in the shade

I love this place!

In my tent on the beach

What is this stuff?

I love the water on my toes!

But not so much in my face!

We were there too

Our big night out

Hanging out by the pool

Ethan had so much sunscreen on that his hair was constently greasy and sticking up like this

Joe spent a lot of time fishing in the backyard. He actually did catch a bunch of fish.

Ethan always wanted to be in the pool and sometimes it was easier just to let him go in and not keep changing his clothes. Look at that belly.
