6 Months!

I can't believe it has been a half a year already since Ethan was born. He is sitting up all by himself now and really wants to be moving around. He does not have any teeth yet but is a drool monster so hopefully one will pop out soon.

He is spitting up way less just in the last couple of weeks since he has been sitting more. That is such a relief. Hopefully we can take him off his Pepcid soon and he will still be comfortable. He is loving his fruits and veggies but would much rather try to steal food from other people's plates. He has yet to be quick enough to get anything into his mouth. He is so much fun and such a blessing!

Now that I have learned how to post videos, here is another recent one. We had just gotten back from the Cav's game and my mom was playing with Ethan with one of the shakers from the game. He thought it was so funny and I love hearing his belly laughs.

Swimming Lessons

We have been taking swimming lessons with Ethan at the rec. He seems to like them a lot...he is really relaxed in the water. I am so glad he is not taking after his Uncle Kevin who still needs goggles and a noseplug to go anywhere near the water. Here are a couple of pics and videos that we took the second week...

5 Months Old

Here are Ethan's 5 month pictures. He is almost 6 months already so I am a little behind. He is starting to sit up on his own for a little while and loves to be standing. He is not too into rolling over but I think that is because he hates being on his tummy. I think it bothers him, but we are working on it. He is also starting to "talk" more. It is fun to hear him babbling to himself in the mornings when he wakes up. He is still pretty quiet unless he is mad...he is mini Joe though, so that doesn't surprise me.
